Looking for waterfront living at its finest?

Well, we found it. It’s tucked away on 8 acres of private, wooded land on the serene shores of Duvall Creek.

3154 Arundel on the Bay Road is full of charm, with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and gorgeous views of the South River. Its open floor plan integrates a gourmet kitchen with spacious dining and family rooms, complemented by a wet bar in the bonus room.

Upstairs, the primary suite features hardwood floors, an ensuite bath, and a balcony overlooking the water. There’s plenty of space for family and guests, with 3 additional bedrooms, a top floor with full bath, and a detached 2-car garage with an apartment above.

The screened-in porch and waterfront deck are ideal for soaking in the view, and the expansive backyard leads to a private pier and boat lift. Embrace tranquility just minutes from Downtown Annapolis. Contact Brad Kappel for your private tour today.

THE DIGEST

Need a ride? There’s an app for that 🚍

And no, we’re not talking the typical apps like Uber or Lyft. Annapolis Transportation is doing its own thing. It’s reworking the underused Orange and Purple bus routes and letting passengers schedule a pickup within ¾ of a mile from the route through an app.

The service is called Go! Time and fares for this service remain the same as the bus: $2 per ride or $1 for seniors or disabled passengers. Or just use your Annapolis Transit bus pass. You can schedule a pickup through Transigo (available on Apple or Android) or by calling Transportation Dispatch at 410-263-7964.
