Huge local music news

Dublin 5 is playing at the Annapolis St. Patrick’s Day Parade in 2024. For anyone wondering why this is huge news, Dublin 5 announced before the 2023 Parade that they’d be taking a break after the final bow. They didn’t say how long. Turns out not too long. The band hasn’t said break time is over but they did announce that they’re playing St. Patrick’s Day 2024. They’re playing Shamrock the Dock on Sunday (3/17) and now that this news is out, we don’t expect tickets to last long. Get yours quick!

Navy football heads to Ireland this week 🏈 🇮🇪

Over 39,000 fans from the US are flying to Ireland this week to see Navy football take on Notre Dame in a once-in-a-lifetime season opener. The 100% sold out game is at 2:30 PM EST this Saturday (8/26). Tune in on NBC or stream on Peacock. Both teams will be wearing special uniforms designed by Under Armour.

Fun fact: The 39,000 Americans making the trip are setting a record. It’s the largest number of Americans to travel internationally for a single sporting event.
