Recently remodeled Severn River Hideaway

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. Not all waterfront homes are created equal. Take 327 Riverview Trail.

Start with the location. It’s one of the first homes on Saltworks Creek with a protected dock – a brand new floating dock. You’re out of the no wake zone in 2 minutes. There’s a dedicated mooring ball, too.

And it’s in Epping Forest – a beautiful gated community with fabulous amenities. Neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails. The list continues.

The home itself has just undergone a full remodel. I challenge the most discerning buyer to find something to change. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2 covered decks with captivating views all the way down to the Severn River Bridge.

Simply stated, 327 Riverview Trail is a move-in-ready home anyone will love. Contact Brad Kappel for your private tour today.

THE DIGEST

A Tribute to 2 Navy Legends

Roger Staubach is a Navy legend. In 1963, the famed quarterback led Navy to a 9-2 record and a Cotton Bowl berth. He won the Heisman Trophy and was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1981. And somehow Roger did all of this humbly; he always insisted on honoring the whole 1963 team.

Oh yeah, he also won 2 Super Bowls, pioneered tenant representation in commercial real estate, and has been married to the same woman for 58 years. Total rockstar.

Paul Johnson is another Navy legend. He coached the Midshipmen from 2002 to 2007 and took the team from mediocrity to #2 in the country at one point. During his career (not just at Navy) he racked up 2 national titles, 5 conference championships, and 18 bowl appearances. He’ll join the College Football Hall of Fame Class of 2023.

Navy will honor both of these legends during the sold out Air Force game this Saturday (10/21). Our Navy Football Podcast managed to get exclusive interviews with both gents. Here’s Paul’s and here’s Roger’s.

WHAT’S HAPPENIN’

Halloween Bash @ Prism for Annapolis Hope

Prism Annapolis is a killer local party venue. So when it throws its own party, you know it’s gonna be top tier. And this year, Prism’s Halloween Bash will generously support Annapolis Hope. There will be costume contests, a DJ, food and drinks for purchase, and more fun hauntings. October 27, 9 PM–midnight. Get tickets.

Sup & Spook

Dinner and a show is great. But dinner and a tour with a ghost guide? That’s one for the books. Watermark is hosting Sup & Spook at the Maryland Inn this fall. You’ll enjoy a three-course, prix-fixe menu then follow a ghost tour guide through downtown Annapolis. 10/29. Get tickets.

P.S. Sup = supper. Not standup paddleboard. At least in this instance. Important clarification in this town 😉

P.P.S. You can find more fall activities just like this in our Ultimate Fall Activity Guide.
