LOCAL BUSINESS
Homeschool classes with BBP Productions 🎭
If you give kids the chance to be creative, they get excited, right? As Building Better People Productions shows through their theater education programming, the arts are about much more than just having fun. Theater is about entertaining and teaching at the same time.
That’s the message at the heart of its new homeschool program, Drama For Good. The program opens September 10 and runs for 8 weeks. Registration is now open. There are two program options — one for ages 7-11 and one for ages 12-18. Both give students the chance to create and perform short pieces centered around important social messaging of their choosing. Classes are held at Annapolis Friends Meeting House — 351 Dubois Road, Annapolis, MD

Stop by the park on August 24, 11 AM–3 PM, for a chance to explore the waterways via boat, plus food, games, arts and crafts, paddling, kayaking, and even a lesson in fish identification. First come, first served.

EXTRA SPRINKLES
You don’t need medicine. You need to stretch.
116 million Americans live with chronic pain. Flexibility is the key to mobility – which is critical as you age. Assisted stretching decreases muscle and joint pain, improves posture, and helps prevent injuries. One Scoop reader said StretchMed (which just opened at Annapolis Town Center) literally changed his life. So what are you waiting for? Book your no-cost intro stretch today.*

Who wants a new boat? 🛥

No, we’re not giving away a boat. (We wish!) Instead, it’s a sales pitch. If you read the Scoop regularly, you probably remember a few weeks ago how our sales guy, Mike, is selling his boat, and we said we could do it for him. If any email newsletter could sell a boat, it would definitely be Naptown Scoop, right?
We know somebody out there in Annapolis is in the market for a boat, especially one this nice. It’s a 2021 Sea Ray 320 Sundancer OB Coupe. Check out the listing if you’re interested. (Hey, we know you’re interested!)
P.S. Mike let us improve the price a bit so don’t miss that!
