Picture your dream home. I bet it looks something like this.

On the shores of Tanners Creek, in the prestigious Cove Creek Club, is 7,100 square feet of pure luxury. Set on 1.76 acres, this 4 bedroom 5.5 bath house has it all:

  • A gourmet kitchen with a built-in pizza oven, custom wine tasting room, and cellar fit for 1,000 bottles

  • Primary suite complete with a fireplace, private balcony, walk-in closet, and equally elaborate ensuite bathroom

  • Second floor theater, gym, and library

  • Top floor bird’s nest and balcony providing panoramic water views

  • Multiple waterside patios and a screened-in porch

  • Waterfront saltwater pool and hot tub

  • Private pier on 319 ft of shoreline

The list goes on, but why not see it for yourself? Make your dreams a reality and contact Brad Kappel for your private tour today.

Drive-in movies on Forest Drive 🚙

Back in the day, drive-in movies were the cool thing to do, but you don’t see them around much anymore. If you’ve always wanted to experience one, here’s your chance. Annapolis’ Small Businesses on the SOuth FOrest Drive Corridor (SOFO) hold Summer Drive-In Movies Under the Stars on the fourth Friday of the month through October. Food and drinks can be purchased from Grump's Cafe. The upcoming schedule includes:

🎥 July 25 — The African Queen
🎥 August 23 — USS Indianapolis Men of Courage
🎥 September 27 — The Hunt for Red October
🎥 October 25 — Hook

Movies will be screened at the Bay Ridge Shopping Center and will start at dusk. To reserve a spot, email [email protected].

Get tix: Arts Alive 🎨

You’ve been to Maryland Hall, right? Huge historic facility serving as a hub of all kinds of arts activities. It’s a concert venue, theater, art gallery, and so much more. Maryland Hall is able to make the arts available for everyone and celebrate diverse voices in the community because of fundraising. Which is why a big party like Arts Alive: The Great Annapolis Party is always such a huge deal.

This year, the bash is happening September 6, when you’ll have the chance to party it up with 450+ arts supporters and other community leaders. There will be food, entertainment, raffles, and a lot of fun. Tickets and sponsorship are now available. Learn more here.
